Our Food Truck
We are proud to have the prettiest pink food truck in Gisborne making our presence as delightful as our food. Serving delicious treats at the Gizzy Monthly Market, Dinner by the River, pop-up shops, and more. We offer bubble waffles and sourdough doughnuts in a range of flavours, including dairy-free ice cream for those with allergies. Visit us at our next event for a tasty treat!
Registered Kitchen
In addition to operating a food truck, we have a registered kitchen where our sourdough starter is cultivated and dough is prepared and baked for customers.
Who are we?
My name is Jess, I do all the growing of our sourdough starter, preparation, baking and delivering of our products along with assistance of my Mum, Christine and daughter, Nevaeh who help me at pop up events and the friends and whanau that help me in the background.
